Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Quarkie is not liable for any damage to products resulting from improper care, misuse, or failure to follow the care instructions outlined on our

Returns and Refunds (Custom & Personalised Items)
Due to the nature of custom and personalised 3D-printed products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” once the production process has started. Please ensure all names, spellings, and design requests are 100% correct before placing your order. Production typically begins shortly after order confirmation.
Returns and Refunds (Standard Items)
For non-personalised designs (e.g., standard rolling pin guides, basic shapes without custom text), we accept “change of mind” returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your cookie cutter or baking tool arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@quarkie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear photograph of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion in accordance with the ACL.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Due to our fast turnaround times, production on custom and personalised items often begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations or changes to an order if the physical production process (printing) has not yet commenced. Once your item has started printing, we are unable to cancel, refund, or modify the order. Please review your cart carefully to ensure all details, spellings, and selections are 100% correct before checking out.
Pricing and Currency
Our base currency is Australian Dollars (AUD). For your convenience, our website may display prices in your local currency (e.g., New Zealand Dollars – NZD) based on your location. You will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Please note that if your credit card is denominated in a different currency, your bank or credit card provider may apply additional international transaction fees or differing exchange rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Quarkie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. For orders shipped outside of Australia, the purchaser is considered the importer of record. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (such as GST or VAT) levied by your destination country. Quarkie is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or any additional fees incurred once the package leaves Australia.

All original cookie cutter designs, graphics, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Quarkie. They may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without our explicit written permission.

While we strive to display product colours and dimensions as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to the 3D printing process, filament batches, and differences in screen settings.
